How Ohubb Works

Ohubb is an online platform that connects Service Seekers and Service Providers to bring the best, most affordable deals.

Below is the workflow on how Ohubb Gigs/Micro Jobs work:

  1. Search Available Gigs
    1. Customer is search all available gigs from his/her local area
  2. Read review and check profile
    1. Customer can select the provider that he/she is comfortable to proceed with
  3. Accept a Gig
    1. Customer will pay for the gig.
  4. Open the Workspace
    1. Once a gig accepted, both Customer and Service Provider can send private messages in the workspace to have further discussion regarding the work to be done.
  5. Complete the Job
    1. Customer will review the service when the Service Provider finishes.
    2. If the Customer isn’t happy with the performance, customer can send a dispute to Ohubb.

Below is the workflow on how Ohubb Custom Requests work:

  1. Post a Custom Request
    1. Customer is able to post custom requests after registration on the site.
    2. All custom requests are free to post.
  2. Quote a Custom Request
    1. Service Providers can search custom requests and send custom offers to customers.
    2. Service Providers must have a service listed in their profile which matches the customer custom request.
  3. Accept a Quote
    1. Customer will review the quote and decide to accept the quote most suited towards the original needs.
  4. Open the Workspace
    1. Once a quote accepted, both Customer and Service Provider can send private messages in the workspace to have further discussion regarding the custom request.
    2. Service providers can further negotiate and provide documents as required.
  5. Complete the Custom Request
    1. Customer will review the service when the Service Provider finishes.
    2. If the Customer isn’t happy with the performance, customer can send a dispute to Ohubb.
